Precision Plumbing & Septic provides residential and commercial plumbing and septic services, including inspections, repairs, maintenance, pumping, installation, and related service work throughout Cherokee County and surrounding areas.

All services are subject to availability and site conditions. We reserve the right to decline service at our discretion if site conditions are deemed unsafe or outside the scope of our capabilities.

By requesting service, you agree to be contacted by Precision Plumbing & Septic via phone call, voicemail, email, or text message for purposes related to your service request, including:

• Scheduling and appointment confirmation
• Estimates and pricing information
• Service updates and status notifications
• Follow-up communications regarding completed work

Estimates are provided based on visible conditions at the time of inspection and may change if additional issues are discovered during service. We will communicate any changes to the original estimate before proceeding with additional work where reasonably possible.

Payment terms will be communicated prior to or at the time of service. Accepted payment methods will be disclosed at the time of scheduling. All invoices are due upon completion of service unless alternate arrangements have been made in advance.

Precision Plumbing & Septic warrants that all services will be performed in a professional and workmanlike manner. Any warranty on parts or materials is subject to the manufacturer's warranty terms.

We do not warrant against issues arising from pre-existing conditions, normal wear and tear, improper use, or conditions outside our control including but not limited to acts of nature, soil movement, or damage caused by third parties.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Precision Plumbing & Septic shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services, including but not limited to loss of use, loss of data, or loss of business.

Our total liability for any claim arising from services rendered shall not exceed the total amount paid for those specific services.

As a customer, you agree to:

• Provide accurate information about the issue and property conditions at the time of scheduling.
• Ensure safe and reasonable access to the work area for our technicians.
• Disclose any known hazards on the property prior to service.
• Not misuse or tamper with repaired systems in a manner that voids the service warranty.

Precision Plumbing & Septic reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
